Numbering
Click number badge
Type a new number and Enter to reposition the section
Insert/Remove Numbering
Toggle: adds or strips number prefixes. FAQ/Appendix use relative numbers (FAQ 1, not FAQ 4.1).
Snapshots, Compare & Archive
Snapshot
Open snapshot panel: view all saved snapshots, save new ones, restore or delete. Tracks who saved each.
Compare
Compare current configuration against the default baseline. Shows added, removed, and changed sections.
Archive
Temporarily remove sections without deleting them. Archived sections can be restored anytime from the Archive panel. Useful for stripping the framework down to essentials while keeping old sections safe.
Document Generation
Generate DOCX
Preview then download. Planner = structure only. Content lives in E2E Doc Builder.
Import
Import from JSON, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV.
Email & Notes
Email
Filter by status (Draft/Review/Overdue). Send to all or individually.
Notes
Add notes per section (sticky note icon). Notes become Word comments in DOCX.
